I don't know for concept art however, I hope you can get them all through single-player. This won't work to restore damaged saves, but if like me you had already completed the game on Brütal, you can just start at easy and rush to focus only on the collectibles.

When the first download completes (256MB 1.01 patch) it will go to an installing screen, let that complete and wait for it to return to the downloading 2/2 screenĦ. when the update begins downloading you will notice it say downloading 1/2 (meaning one of two)ĥ.
